Apprenticeships

We’ve developed our Apprentice NVQ program to cover a broader range of skills, we limit our intake per year to ensure all our talented Apprentices receive both the support and skills training they deserve. We are delighted that 100% of the apprentices have remained with Incomm after the successful completion of their NVQ program.

At Incomm, we’ve recognised our team’s desire to learn will continue long after they become experts in their field, that’s why we’ve developed our CPD program with ongoing learning and opportunities to gain new skills and obtain external qualifications. We currently have 100% enrolled in CPD activities, with over 25% independently assessed via external validation and qualifications.
